Useful Information

Note that Dinner payments made by parents online will automatically update the pupil's record in SCO, so no further action is required.

Record Dinners Income 

  1. Click on the Dinners tab

  2. Locate the required Class or Pupil by either:

    1. Clicking on the class name

    2. Clicking the down arrow next to Select class at the top of the screen and select the required class

    3. Clicking the down arrow next to Select account at the top of the screen and select the required pupil

  3. Locate the pupil and click the Payment button adjacent to that pupil

  4. Select the method of payment (Cash, Cheque, Credit/debit for BACS or On account to deduct the funds from the pupil's SCO pre-payment account)

  5. Amend the Payment amount if required

  6. Enter any relevant Memo if required

  7. Click on Confirm payment

  8. If you have selected Cheque or Credit/debit as the payment method, the Details window is displayed with the pupil’s surname in the Enter details/reference box
    Add any extra details here - for example, the name on the cheque, if different from the pupil's name, and/or the cheque number

  9. Click Done

  10. If you have selected the option to be prompted to print receipts, you will see this message now
    Select Print if required

  11. The Banking and Dinners screens will now be updated to reflect the income
