Handling Cash or Cheque payments for cashless catering

All cash or cheque top ups must be entered directly in to the cashless system - income transactions made via  the pupil’s Cafeteria Account in Schools Cash Office will not be reflected in your cashless system.

If you wish to record and bank cafeteria funds using SCO for reconciliation purposes, use Miscellaneous Income (on the Income tab) to record income into the Cashless Catering cost centre.  Do not assign the income to a pupil.
