Pay for Products and Trips from a Pre-Payment Account
Useful Information
If using Pre-payment accounts and funds have been deposited into a pupil/staff member account, money can be deducted from the account to pay for products, trips, dinners and clubs.
Pay for Products and Trips from a Pre-Payment Account
Pre-payment funds will be displayed in the Pre-pay bal column on the Accounts tab:
Trips
Follow the steps in the section on Record Income for a Trip or Event, selecting On account as the method of payment.
Dinners
Follow the steps in the section on Record Income for Dinners, selecting On account as the method of payment.
Clubs (via Extended Day)
Follow the steps in the section on Record Extended Day Income, selecting On account as the method of payment.
Products (e.g. Uniform)
Follow the steps in the section on Record Income for a Product, selecting On account as the payment type.
Ad Hoc Items
Follow the steps in the section on Miscellaneous Income, selecting On account as the payment type and selecting the required pupil from the Select name drop down list.
