Deposit Funds onto a Pre-Payment Account

Useful Information

Pre-payment accounts can be topped up by cash, cheque or online via SCOPAY
If parents top up via SCOPAY, no action is required by the school

Deposit Funds onto a Pre-Payment Account

  1. Click on the Income tab

  2. Select Account deposit

  3. Click the down arrow and select the name of the pupil/staff member whose account is to be credited

  4. Select OK

  5. Select Account type General pre-payment account 

  6. Click OK

  7. Click in the Enter amount to deposit box and type the amount of the deposit

  8. Select the payment method (CashCheque or Credit/debit)

    • If Cheque is selected as the method of payment, enter the Cheque details/reference

    • If Credit/debit is selected as the method of payment, enter the Credit/debit details/reference

  9. Click Done

  10. To view the pupil's balance, click on the Accounts tab and view the Pre-pay bal column for that child
