Pre-Payment Account Transfer between Pupils
Useful Information
An account balance can be transferred, e.g. if an older sibling leaves the school, any balance on account can be transferred to a younger sibling to be used to pay for trips and products.
This could include a negative balance.
Pre-Payment Account Transfer between Pupils
Click on the Income screen
Select Account transfer
Select the Account type General pre-payment account
Select the pupil's account to transfer From
Select the pupil's account to transfer To
In the Amount box, enter the amount to transfer (to transfer a negative balance, use the minus sign first -5.00)
Click OK
When advised that the transfer is complete, click OK
To view the pupil's balances, click on the Accounts tab and view the Pre-pay bal column for the pupils
