Pre-Payment Account Transfer between Pupils

1. Click on the Income screen

2. Select Account transfer

3. Select the Account type General pre-payment account

4. Select the pupil's account to transfer From

5. Select the pupil's account to transfer To

6. In the Amount box, enter the amount to transfer (to transfer a negative balance, use the minus sign first -5.00)

7. Click OK

8. When advised that the transfer is complete, click OK

9. To view the pupil's balances, click on the Accounts tab and view the Pre-pay bal column for the pupils
