3. Running reports for Childcare Voucher payments

Once configured, this process will allow Childcare Voucher contributions to be recorded in the Extended Day module.
Reports are provided to show how much has been paid for each child in vouchers and how much has been received from each childcare voucher provider.



Reporting on childcare voucher payments for individual clubs

To report on childcare voucher payments for a specific club, grouped by the childcare payment provider:



  • Click on Extended Day tab and navigate to the relevant club, for example BC (Breakfast Club).

  • Select Reports, then BC childcare voucher payments report

  • Select the date range, class, provider or individual pupil if appropriate.

  • Click OK.



The report will then generate to look similar to this:

Reporting on childcare voucher payments for all clubs

To report on all childcare voucher payments regardless of the club, grouped by the childcare voucher provider:



  • Click on the Reports tab and then select Financial reports.

  • Select Childcare voucher payments report.

  • Select the date range, class, provider or individual pupil if appropriate

  • Click OK.



The report will then generate to look similar to this:



 

 




Reporting on childcare voucher configuration

To report on clubs for which pupils are configured to use Childcare Vouchers, you will need to run the Childcare Voucher Configuration Report, steps are available here.
