To Change Online Settings for an Individual Facility

To enable the online booking functionality:

1. Click on the Lettings tab

2. Click on Facilities

3. Click on a Facility

4. Click on Change online settings

5. Modify the following to affect this facility:

   1. Available for online bookings?
      Tick this option to make this facility available online

   2. Description
      include a Description for the facility that can be viewed online by Hirers
      e.g. “Half the pitch can be used for five aside football"

   3. Facility-specific attachments
      include attachments that can be viewed and downloaded by Hirers e.g. maintenance instructions

   4. Online icon selection
      Select an icon which will display on SCOPAY for this facility

   5. Online booking availability
      Set the opening and closing times for each day for this facility

6. Click on Save, Yes
