To Change Online Settings for a Facility Group

To enable the online booking functionality:

1. Click on the Lettings tab

2. Click on Facilities

3. Click on a Facility Group

4. Click on Change online settings

5. Modify the following to affect every facility available online

   1. Available for online bookings?
      Tick this option to make all facilities within this group available online

   2. Description
      include a Description for the facility group that can be viewed online by Hirers
      e.g. “The Astroturf pitch can be booked as 1 whole pitch or separately as 2 half pitches”

   3. Facility-specific attachments
      include attachments that can be viewed and downloaded by Hirers e.g. maintenance instructions

   4. Online icon selection
      Select an icon which will display on SCOPAY for the facilities within this group

   5. Online booking availability
      Set the default opening and closing times for each day for all facilities within this group

6. Click on Save, Yes
