Extended Day Reconciliation Report
Useful Information
The Reconciliation report shows a breakdown of how many sessions have been attended in a specified week, balances from the previous week, cost of sessions attended, payments taken that week, any write offs and the balance carried forward into next week.
There is a summary by class then a breakdown of each pupil.
Extended Day Reconciliation Report
To generate the Reconciliation Report:
Click on the Extended day tab
Select the required Club
Click Reports in the top right of the screen
Select Reconciliation report
Select the required week from the Report date range
Click OK
