Extended Day Individual Statement Report
Useful Information
The Statement Report will show all children selected in alphabetical order, each session they have attended over the weeks selected, any payments made in that time and their balances as of before and after the report is generated.
The report can be generated for Pupils and Staff.
Extended Day Individual Statement Report
To generate a Statement report:
Click on the Extended day tab
Select the required Club
Click Reports in the top right of the screen
Select the Club Statement report
Select from the following options:
Select the required Date range
Select to Include envelope header, if required
Select to Only show pupils with debt, if required
Select the Class or Cohort
Or select an individual Pupil
Click OK
