Extended Day Debt Report
Useful Information
The Debt report shows a snapshot of anyone with debt, how many sessions they have attended and how much they have paid and what they owe.
The report can be filtered by class or by debt amount and age.
An overall Debt amount shows at the bottom of the report.
Extended Day Debt Report
To generate a Debt report:
Click on the Extended day tab
Select the required Club
Click Reports in the top right of the screen
Select the Club Debt report
Select the Class or leave as All classes
Select any of the following options:
Minimum debt amount
Minimum age of debt (days)
Display summary only - gives a total for each class without the pupil's names
Include staff
Click OK
