Extended Day Individual Statement Report

To generate a Statement report:

1. Click on the Extended day tab

2. Select the required Club

3. Click Reports in the top right of the screen

4. Select the Club Statement report

5. Select from the following options:

   1. Select the required Date range 

   2. Select to Include envelope header, if required

   3. Select to Only show pupils with debt, if required

   4. Select the Class or Cohort

   5. Or select an individual Pupil

6. Click OK
