Tucasi links with various partners to allow payments via SCOPAY direct to your school.

Please choose from the relevant refund options below. 

If you are unsure which Payment Gateway your school is using, see the instructions at the bottom of this page.





Other Payment Gateways

Online Payments made via Southampton CC ePayments and Xpay
There is no facility for refunds under the Southampton CC (SCC) ePayments and Xpay gateway.
You will need to issue a cheque and enter a refund transaction by cheque within SCO.

Online Payments made via Portsmouth City Council ePayments / Luton Borough Council
For Portsmouth CC and Luton Borough Council schools, please contact the relevant finance team and request a refund back to the parent's card, then enter a refund transaction by Credit/Debit within SCO.

Online Payments made direct to a Catering company for the SCO Dinner money module
If online payments are credited direct to your Caterer, you will need to contact the caterer direct to request the refund then enter a refund transaction by Credit/Debit within SCO..

Online Payments made direct to a Catering company for SCO Cashless catering module
If online payments are credited direct to your Caterer, follow the relevant steps for VMS or HCC

How to Check which Payment Gateway my School is Using

  1. In SCO, select the Configuration tab

  2. Select Banking configuration

  3. Select Bank accounts and cost centres

  4. Select the relevant bank account and on the right hand side you will see the Payment Gateway

Note that the VMS Payment Gateway will display as SCOPAY
