Refund a Pupil
Useful Information
It is possible to Refund a pupil for all or part of an amount owing on Dinners, Extended day or a Trip.
If the original payment was made Online via SCOPAY, refer to the section Online Payment Refunds
Refund a Pupil
If the original payment was made online via SCOPAY, refer to the section Online Payment Refunds
Open the relevant screen (Dinners, Extended day or Trips and events)
Click the red Payment button for the pupil
Select the Refund option
Select the refund type (Cash, Cheque, Credit/debit or On account)
Enter the amount to Refund
Enter a Reason for refund - this will be displayed on the receipt
Click Confirm refund
Enter the cheque or bank reference if applicable
Click on Done
Choose Print or Close window
Any balance will be updated accordingly
