Banking and Online Payments
Useful Information
SCOPAY Online Payment transactions will show in Banking within SCO and will appear as Banked funds. The income will be credited to the cost centre associated with the item purchased.
The actual funds will be credited to the bank account nominated when the VMS/Local Authority’s ePayment account was set up.
Banking and Online Payments
Online Payments can be viewed in the following areas in SCO:
Banking tab, Banking, Banked column against each cost centre
Banking tab, Banking, Check bank statement where the item can be reconciled against a bank statement
Reports, Online reports, Online payments report
Accounts, double-click on the pupil and online transactions will be displayed
Audit, Income and expenditure log – the Type will be displayed as Credit/debit, and the Terminal as Online
Reports, Financial reports, Cost centre ledger report – displayed as Credit/debit sale transactions (Online transaction numbers always start with a 0)
On the child's account against the relevant module - dinners, trips, clubs, income
