Useful information

Price bands allow you to set different charges for the same facility.
For example in addition to your standard rate for a given facility you might want to set up separate prices for charitable or community organisations, junior groups, corporate hirers.



Manage Price Bands


To access the Manage price bands screen:

  • Click on the Facilities tab

  • Select View price list

  • Select Manage price bands

Price bands of No charge and Standard already exist in the software. You can make further edits to this list:

  • Click Add to add a new price band

  • Click Rename to change the name of the selected price band

  • Click Delete to remove the selected price band

  • Click Set as default to change the default price band. The default price band is used when adding hirers.



What happens when I delete a price band?
Hirers and bookings using the deleted price band are changed to the new default price band. Bookings are changed to special price bookings and no longer have their price updated when subsequent changes to the price list are made.
