Understanding the Price List

The Lettings Price list is based on two key elements:

Price bands - used to identify the rates particular hirers are normally charged

Price groups - used to define the actual prices charged for a facility

Example Scenario:
A site charges a Standard Rate to most hirers, but charity and youth groups are charged a lower price for each facility (Community Rate). Large halls and gyms are charged a higher price than standard classrooms.

To configure the site with the price list above, you would need to create:

• Two Price bands

  • Standard

  • Community

• Two Price groups

  • Halls & Gyms

  • Classrooms

To update Price bands and Price groups:

1. Click on the Lettings tab

2. Click on Facilities

3. Click on View Price List

4. Create or Edit Price bands

5. Create or Edit Price groups
