Manage Price Groups
Useful information
Price groups are a way of setting the price list for a facility or facilities that share the same pricing structure.
For example, you might wish to create a price group called Main Hall or Squash Court or if several rooms shared the same pricing structure then they could also share a single price group of Classrooms.
To Add Price Groups
Click on the Facilities tab
Select View price list
To add a new price group
Select Add price group
Enter a Price group name, for example Classrooms or Main Hall
Select charged by the hour, or charged by the session
If the prices you are entering include VAT, select Standard Rate from the drop down list
If the prices you are entering are Net of VAT, select Exempt
If you charge different rates for weekends or holidays, select the Enable Saturday/Sunday/Holiday pricing option
Enter the prices that you charge against each price band
Click OK to save your prices
Click Save to save and use your price list
To edit a price group
Highlight the price group
Select Change price group
Make any changes
Click OK
Click Save
To apply price increases across all price groups
Click on View price list
Select Apply price increase
Click Yes, if you are happy that the price increases will affect all prices throughout the lettings module
Enter the % increase that you wish to apply
Click OK
Click Save
