Useful information

Price groups are a way of setting the price list for a facility or facilities that share the same pricing structure.
For example, you might wish to create a price group called Main Hall or Squash Court or if several rooms shared the same pricing structure then they could also share a single price group of Classrooms.



To Add Price Groups

  • Click on the Facilities tab

  • Select View price list

To add a new price group

  • Select Add price group

  • Enter a Price group name, for example Classrooms or Main Hall

  • Select charged by the hour, or charged by the session

  • If the prices you are entering include VAT, select Standard Rate from the drop down list

If the prices you are entering are Net of VAT, select Exempt

  • If you charge different rates for weekends or holidays, select the Enable Saturday/Sunday/Holiday pricing option

  • Enter the prices that you charge against each price band

  • Click OK to save your prices

  • Click Save to save and use your price list




To edit a price group

  • Highlight the price group

  • Select Change price group

  • Make any changes

  • Click OK

  • Click Save




To apply price increases across all price groups

  • Click on View price list

  • Select Apply price increase

  • Click Yes, if you are happy that the price increases will affect all prices throughout the lettings module

  • Enter the % increase that you wish to apply

  • Click OK

  • Click Save
