Click on the Dinners or Extended Day tab

Click on Settings... (top right)

Click on Meal or Session codes

Click on Advanced price config (bottom right)

Select the meal or session code from the drop down

Click on Add new to add a new price (do not change an existing meal price or this will affect meals already entered in SCO)

In the top row, enter the date the new price is effective From 

Leave the To date blank

Enter the first Price (pupil price) and then the Price w/VAT (adult price)

Repeat for other meal or session codes as required

Click on Done

Restart Schools Cash Office to update the meal or session prices and any current balances.
