Useful Information

Set up SCO to automatically update from your MIS every time you start up SCO - this will ensure good data integrity at all times
Note that each import can take a few minutes, depending on the speed of your connection, so we recommend keeping the number of auto-imports to a minimum

Import Data from your MIS on SCO startup

Ensure you have first completed the section Set the SIMS Import Types or Set the Wonde Import Types

  1. Click on the Configuration tab
  2. Click on Import from external system
  3. Select Import configuration
  4. Click on Set up auto import
  5. Select the Import type to Run from the drop down list - see details of each import type below
Note - it is not recommended to select import types not required by your users, as this could cause the system to slow down
  6. From the Condition drop down list, select Start up SCO
  7. Click Add to auto import
  8. The instruction will be added to the panel below

Repeat this process for any additional import types required so that these will also import from SIMS.net as specified
