Import Pre-Admission Pupils using the Wonde Link

Useful Information

This section describes how to import pupils who are marked as Pre-admission pupils in your MIS prior to the new academic year.
You might wish to do this to enable parents to place orders and pay online.

Import Pre-Admission Pupils from your MIS on Demand

Click on the Configuration tab
Click on Import from external system
Click Pupil Import. The screen may take sometime to show any response – please be patient
Select Include pre-admission pupils (see image)
Select Re-scan data
Ensure that no Data discrepancies are identified on the right hand screen
If there are Data discrepancies and you are unsure what these mean, please contact Tucasi Customer Support
Click Confirm
The import will be carried out and the data will be updated
Click Close

If you are using the Tucasi Communications module, to update the contact details (email address and mobile numbers) for the pre-admissions, repeat the above process selecting the Pupil Contact import and Include contacts of pre-admission pupils.
