Import Data from your MIS on Demand
Useful Information
Trigger a manual update of your MIS data into SCO at your convenience
You may wish to trigger an update when a new pupil has joined the school or for attendance/absence imports
Import Data from your MIS on Demand
Click on the Configuration tab
Click on Import from external system
Click Pupil Import (or whichever import is required). The screen may take sometime to show any response – please be patient
Ensure that no Data discrepancies are identified on the right hand screen
If there are Data discrepancies and you are unsure as to what these mean, please contact Tucasi Customer SupportClick Confirm
The import will be carried out and the data will be updated
Repeat for other imports, as required
Click Close
If you are using the Tucasi Communications module, carry out a Pupil import prior to the Pupil contact import to ensure data integrity
