Transfer Extended Day Funds between Pupils / Siblings

1. Click on the Extended day tab

2. Select the Club 

3. Select the Pre-payment account transfer button on the right hand side of the screen

4. Ensure the correct Club is displayed in the Account type box

5. Click the down arrow and select the pupil whose account you wish to transfer money From

6. Click the down arrow and select the pupil whose account you wish to transfer money To

7. Enter the required Amount to be transferred - no £ sign is required
   If the amount is a credit, type the full amount e.g. 5.25
   If the amount is a debt, prefix with a minus sign, e.g. -5.25

8. Click OK

9. Review each child's balance to ensure it has updated correctly
