Hirer's View - Invoices, Balances and Receipts on SCOPAY
Useful Information
Once registered for an online account, Hirers can view their Invoices, current Balances and Payment History via their SCOPAY account.
Invoices display on the main SCOPAY product page.
Note that Lettings Invoices will not show on the SCOPAY mobile app. Hirers will need to go to a browser and log in to SCOPAY to view and pay invoices.

Invoices and Balances
The Hirer goes to SCOPAY and logs in with their email address and password
Any Invoices and amounts outstanding will display on the View products main page
The Hirer can click on the Invoice No to see more details of the Invoice
The Hirer can click on MAKE PAYMENT to add the payment to their basket
Receipts
Hirers can also view their Payment history from their SCOPAY account:
Click on YOUR INFO
Select PAYMENT HISTORY
A list of all payments will be displayed (these could be cash, cheque or card payments)
Click on any payment to view further details
