Hirer's View - Booking History

1. The Hirer goes to SCOPAY and logs in with their email address and password

2. Select the main Lettings heading

3. The status of bookings is displayed, indicating whether a booking has been Confirmed or is Provisional

4. Hirers can use their online account to cancel any upcoming bookings that have a Provisional status

5. Any cancelled bookings continue to display on the My bookings page, but carry a Cancelled status
