If parents cannot book meals or sessions online because they are seeing Xs in the online calendar, it might be that you haven't set your term dates in SCO and school is still marked in the system as Closed.
Xs ONLINE - Parents are unable to book dinners/sessions online - how do I resolve this?
Term Dates are usually set during the Academic Year End Process.
