Individual Debt Report

1. Click on the Reports tab

2. Select Account reports

3. Select Individual debt report

4. Select from the following options:

   1. Options to report on – All balances, etc

   2. Select All accounts or an individual account

   3. Only show pupils with debt

   4. Show all current trips

   5. Include envelope header

   6. New page for each account

   7. Show pupil IDs

5. Select OK
