Account Balance Report

1. Click on the Reports tab

2. Select Account reports 

3. Select the Account balance report

4. Select from the following options:

   1. General pre-payment account or Cafeteria account 

   2. Include zero amounts

   3. Group results by class

   4. This opens up further options, if required:

      1. New page for each class

      2. Include staff

5. Select OK
