Checking Parents' SCOPAY Username (login email address)

Useful Information

If a parent has registered on http://scopay.com but is struggling to log back in and they are not receiving a password reset email, it might be that they are using a different email address to the one originally used to create their SCOPAY account.
You can view their SCOPAY email address in SCO.

Check the Parent's Email Address (http://scopay.com login)

  1. In SCO click on the Configuration tab

  2. Click on Account configuration

  3. Click on Online users

  4. Click on Pupil list

  5. Click on the + sign next to the pupil's surname

  6. If a parent has registered online, their email address will be displayed below
