SCOPAY Admin Site - Online User Configuration

1. Go to https://www.scopay.com/UserWebapp

2. Login with your email address and password - these will be the same as those you use to login to Schools Cash Office

3. Click on the Configuration tab

4. Select Account configuration

5. Click on Online user configuration

6. Click the down arrow to select one of the following:

   1. Online User (select the relevant email address here to see who is linked to this SCOPAY account)

   2. Account (select the relevant Pupil or Staff here to see which SCOPAY accounts they are linked to)

7. Click Select

8. Click the red exclamation mark to Unlink account, if required

9. Click Save
