Stop Parents Booking a Meeting Online

1. Login into the SCOPay Admin Site www.scopay.com/UserWebapp with your SCO email address and password

2. Click on the Parents’ evening tab

3. Click on Meetings and times

4. Select the meeting from the dropdown

5. Set the Online user cut off date and time and choose a day before today
   (on SCOPAY parents will see a message that Online bookings are no longer available for this meeting)

6. Click Save and OK when finished

7. Click on Done
