PUPILS - I'm trying to add a new pupil but it says their ID is already in use?

Useful Information

If you are adding a pupil and the system says that their ID is already in use, it might be that they were previously in the system, then deleted.
Restore the deleted version of the pupil and update their details as follows.

1. To restore a deleted pupil

  • Click on the Admin tab

  • Click on Database management

  • Click on Restore deleted data

  • Click on Pupils

  • Select the deleted pupil

  • Click on Done



2. Update the deleted pupil's details

  • Click on the Accounts tab

  • Right-click on the pupil

  • Click on Edit pupil details

  • Make any changes such as AddressClassYear

  • Click on Done
