Useful Information

Logon to the SCOPAY Admin Site to send emails and texts from outside of school either out of hours or in an emergency.
Any SCO user can access the SCOPAY Admin Site.  To set up new SCO users, see section Add New SCO Users.

You can use this section to send critical incident message to all pupil and staff contacts in SCO.

The message will be sent via text to all mobile numbers and via email to all email addresses, irrespective of message preferences specified for normal messages. 
Text messages will be counted against message credits but you will be able to send them even if this will result in you having negative credits.

Send Critical Incident Message (SCOPAY Admin)

Note that Critical Incident Messages will be sent via text to all mobile numbers and via email to all email addresses, irrespective of message preferences specified for normal messages.

  1. Login into the SCOPAY Admin Site www.scopay.com/UserWebapp with your SCO email address and password

  2. Click on the Communications tab

  3. Click on Send critical incident message

  4. Type the message in the Message box

  5. Click Send critical incident message

  6. Click OK

  7. The sent messages will appear in the Message history log
