VAT code

If using one of the Local Authority ePayment Gateways where VAT codes are mandatory, you must configure VAT codes (these may include Hampshire CC, Portsmouth CC, Southampton CC, Surrey CC and Luton Borough Council).
It is mandatory to assign the appropriate VAT codes to all items that will be displayed online.
VAT rates are set by the Local Authority so please seek further guidance from your LA if in doubt.

Account codes

If using one of the Local Authority ePayment Gateways where Account codes are mandatory, you must select the relevant Account codes for each item to be displayed online (these may include Hampshire CC, Portsmouth CC, Southampton CC, Surrey CC and Luton Borough Council).

Stock Product

Tick Stock product (a stock product is a physical product such as uniform, revision guide that can be ordered and paid for online and later collected from the school).
Within SCO, the school can view outstanding Orders, log when the order is complete, and reports can be generated to view order status.
For further information on managing stock products, refer to the Orders section.

Restrict availability

Select Restrict availability to control which pupils or staff can see this product online.
Select the pupils under Online eligibility on the right hand side.
Only the selected pupils or staff will be able to see this item on http://scopay.com
