For parents to access individual teacher schedules on SCOPAY, your teachers must be listed as Staff and linked to Classes

Teaching Staff for Parents' Evening

To View Staff in SCO

  1. Click on the Configuration tab

  2. Select Account configuration

  3. Select Staff

  4. If the Staff are not listed here, refer to the section Add Staff

  5. To Assign Teachers to Classes

Job Share Classes

It is not possible to link 2 Teachers to the same Class. 
You can add a new Teacher using the Surname of each of the 2 Teachers in the Last name and First name fields. 
Assign this new Teacher to the Class.
The Teacher would then display as, for example, SMITH BROWN.
