Why can't a teacher see the Meetings and times option?

Useful Information

If you wish your teachers to be able to set up and manage Parents Evening meetings, ensure they do not have a staff account linked in SCO, as per instructions below.
Note that changing this setting will mean that the teacher will have access to all teachers' classes and pupils, they cannot add notes for parents, and they can generate reports for all classes.



Change a Teacher's User Settings

  1. Click on the Configuration tab

  2. Select User configuration

  3. Double-click on the teacher in question

  4. Under Staff account, select <select staff account> and not the teacher's name

  5. Select OK, Yes and Close

  6. The teacher logs in to the SCOPay Admin Site www.scopay.com/UserWebapp with their email address and password

  7. Click on the Parents’ evening tab

  8. Meetings and times should be displayed
