Useful Information
This report shows you the number of texts and emails sent over a given period.
The data can be grouped by User.
Message Credit Usage Report
To generate a report showing the number of texts and emails sent over a given period:
Click on the Communications tab
Select Message credit usage report
Select to Display summary only, if required
Select to Group by user*, if required
Click on OK
