Step 1 Prepare the logo file in Paint

1. Open a logo file using Paint, or Copy and Paste the logo into Paint

2. Click on Resize

3. Select Pixels

4. The Horizontal must be no wider than 500 px

5. The Vertical must be no higher than 100 px

6. Save the image as a jpeg file into the SCO folder on the C Drive (or a different preferred location)

7. Close Paint

8. Open My Computer or Windows Explorer

9. Browse to the above folder and check that the file size is no larger than 30 KB
   
   
   

Step 2 Upload the logo via Schools Cash Office

1. Start Schools Cash Office and login

2. Click on the Configuration tab

3. Click on Update online logo

4. Click on Upload new logo

5. Select to Browse to the above saved logo file

6. Select the logo file

7. Click on Open

8. Click on Close
