Record Lettings Income via the Income Screen

Set up Income Buttons

In order to record sales through the Income screen, you will first need to set up product buttons to represent each product or service for which you wish to record a sale.

You may wish to set up Product Groups such as
Sports Equipment Hire

You may wish to set up Products such as
Racquet Hire
Adult Swim Session
Shuttlecocks x 3

• Delete Products/Groups

Record Sales

1. Select the Income tab in SCO

2. Click the Sales button

3. If required, select the Hirer as the Account name from the drop down list

4. Locate the product button for the specific item you wish to sell

5. Click the product button to add this item and any additional items required to the transaction receipt

6. Click Total

7. Click the appropriate payment method to save the receipt and complete the transaction

8. If required, the receipt can be sent to the printer via the Non-sale button.  Select Print Receipt
