This page guides you through the steps to report on form responses.

1. Report on trip Form responses

Reports on parent responses can be generated.

You can choose to generate a full report with all questions or filter on selected questions.

  • In SCO, select the Trips and events tab

  • Double-click on the relevant trip to open the Trip payments screen

  • At the bottom right, select Form responses

  • Select Yes to continue

This will open the trip in a browser window with the trip responses displayed. 

  • Responses can be seen on screen. These can be exported to Excel.

  • Click Export

  • Open the csv file from your Downloads bar (bottom left of your screen) or from the Downloads folder on your local drive








2. Filter on selected questions

  • Follow the steps in section 1 above

  • Before exporting the responses, select the drop down next to Export to filter the required Columns

  • All Columns will be selected.

  • Deselect any Columns not required on the report.

  • Select Export to send the form to Excel (csv)

  • Open the csv file from your Downloads bar (bottom left of your screen) or from the Downloads folder on your local drive




3. Delete a Form

Forms can be deleted at any time. It's important to note that once deleted you will lose all parent responses, they cannot later be restored.

  • Click on the Trips and events tab

  • Click once on the relevant trip

  • Click on Change trip

  • Click the Save and configure button

This will open a new browser. 

  • Select Yes

  • Click the ellipsis  next to the trip name

  • Click Delete

  • Click Yes to confirm deletion


4. Make a Copy of a Form

Forms can be duplicated - especially useful if you wish to monitor different classes or year groups going on the same trip over different days.

  • Click on the Trips and events tab

  • Click once on the relevant trip

  • Click on Change trip

  • Click the Save and configure button

This will open a new browser. 

  • Select Yes

  • Click the ellipsis  next to the trip name

  • Click Make a copy next to the form

  • A copy of the original form will be made and this can be edited as required


5. Add a second or multiple Forms to one trip

Multiple Forms can be created for the same trip, where required.

  • Click on the Trips and events tab

  • Click once on the relevant trip

  • Click on Change trip

  • Click the Save and configure button

This will open a new browser. 

  • Select Add Form

  • Select the relevant trip and complete the details

  • Select Save

  • All Forms will show on the pupil's account

The website used by the school office to track the status of Trip Forms is https://services.scopay.com/sco/auth/sign-in
