Frequently Asked Questions
1. What happens if I can’t log into the portal?
If you have tried to reset your password and are still unable to log in please email support@tucasi.com with your support request.
2. I do not have access to the internet, how do I send my meal numbers?
Please call the HC3S main line, 023 8062 9388 and select option 2. You will be advised what information they require.
3. I need to sign off my daily meal order, but the Submit button is greyed out?
The Submit button will become active only once the Total meals ordered matches the Served meals confirmed by the kitchen. Please update the meal order form with the appropriate additional meals so they match, and the Submit button will become active.
4. Who do I contact if I have an issue with my billing?
For billing queries, please call the HC3S main line on 023 8062 9388 and select option 2.
5. I am new and I don’t know how to use the portal?
Please read the User Guide and watch the Videos provided above. For any other queries regarding how to use the e-catering portal, please call the HC3S main line on 023 8062 9388 and select option 2.
6. How do I add a new user to the portal?
Please email support@tucasi.com with the person’s full name, email address and school ID.
7. What if the firewall is blocking access to the e-catering portal?
Ask your IT Team to ensure you have access to https://ecatering.hc3s.co.uk and https://www.scopay.com
