Forgotten Passwords

1. Start Schools Cash Office using the shortcut on your desktop

2. On the login screen, select I've forgotten my password

3. Enter the email address you use to login to Schools Cash Office

4. A new user verification email will be sent to the provided email address

5. If the email does not arrive, check the Spam / Junk folder

6. Click on the activation link in the verification email

7. Set the new password, when prompted

8. Start SCO

9. Select the username from the dropdown

10. Enter the password set above

If the above fails, carry out the following:

1. Ask a colleague or IT Technician to login to Schools Cash Office

2. Click on the Configuration tab

3. Select User configuration

4. Double-click on your User name, click OK

5. Check the email address in the User name field to ensure that user exists

6. If the user doesn't exist, create a new user following the instructions Add New SCO Users
