Assign a Cohort to an Extended Day Club

If using a Cohort rather than All pupils assign the Cohort as follows

1. Click on the Configuration tab

2. Select Banking configuration

3. Select Pre-payment accounts

4. Select the relevant Club

5. Select Display cohorts not classes 

6. Select the Cohorts tab above the Days of activity per week section

7. Select the required Cohort

8. Click on Done

9. Select the relevant Club on the Extended Day tab

10. The Cohort should be displayed
