Pre-payment account name

If required, change the name from Cafeteria account to a name the pupils or parents will recognise on http://scopay.com . This might be School Canteen or School Meals. 
If you are using an external catering company, you should include their name e.g. School Canteen (Caterer's Name)

Enter a Short name.  This might be Canteen. This is how the prepayment account will display on the Accounts screen in SCO e.g. Canteen Bal

Set Account Codes/VAT

Select the relevant codes for Pupils and Staff 
(this is mandatory for schools using a Local Authority Payment Gateway - Hampshire, Portsmouth, Southampton and Surrey)

Tick Available online to activate the Cafeteria pre-payment account on http://scopay.com immediately for parents to top up

Minimum online top-up

Enter a Minimum online top-up (the minimum amount the parent can pay on checkout)
Schools sometimes set a minimum amount to help reduce the cost of transaction charges
Leave as 0.00 if no minimum is required

Filter by year group

To restrict which pupils the cafeteria is available to, click on Filter by year group
Click the Years tab and select the relevant year groups
