Add a User to Login to Multiple Schools
Useful Information
It is possible for one user to have a login to multiple schools. This might apply to a Caterer or finance team in a MAT.
Add a User to Login to Multiple Schools
1. Add the User to SCO at each school
Follow the instructions in the section Add New SCO Users (this will need to be carried out by an Administrator at each individual school)
Ensure that each school adds the same email address for the user
Once the first school has added the user, the user will receive an email with a link to set their password. This password will be needed at step 3 below
2. Install SCO on your PC/laptop
Follow the instructions to download and install the SCO software
3. Start SCO and Login
Start SCO using the shortcut on your desktop
Login with your email address and the password set at step 1 above
You will be presented with a window asking you to the select the site you wish to login to (see image)
Select the relevant site and the data for that site will be loaded (see image)
4. To Change/Switch Sites
In SCO, click on
This will take you back to the login window
Select your email address from the dropdown
Enter your password
Select the new site
5. To Work on Multiple Sites Simultaneously
Login to the first site as step 3 above
Minimise SCO
Start SCO using the shortcut on your desktop
Login with your email address and the password set at step 1 above
You will be presented with a window asking you to the select the site you wish to login to
Select the relevant site and the data for that site will be loaded
Both sites can be accessed by switching between the open versions on your taskbar
The school name is displayed in the Title bar at the top left of SCO
Repeat for further sites, if required
