To Rename a Bank Account or Cost Centre

Important Information
The Dinner Money cost centre is part of the system structure so we recommend leaving this unchanged, even if you are not using the Dinners module.
Other system cost centres can be renamed, if required.
To Rename a Bank Account or Cost Centre
On the Configuration screen, select Banking configuration
Select Bank accounts/cost centres
Select the bank account or cost centre to be renamed
Overtype the name in the Details box on the right hand side
Click Done
Warning
Changing the name of bank accounts or cost centres after transactions have been recorded against them will affect future reporting
- the previous bank account or cost centre names will no longer be stored in the system
