Useful Information

Staff meals are usually entered on a daily basis, but can be entered in any of these 4 ways:

  1. Daily in the school office via the Dinners module
  2. Daily in the Classroom using the Classroom Edition module
  3. Weekly, Half Termly or Termly in advance in the school office using Preferences (staff are requested to order in advance)
  4. Staff order online via SCOPay

To add staff to SCO for Dinners, refer to the section on Adding a staff member

Teaching staff assigned to Classes will appear on the Dinners front screen where you can record their meals

Non-teaching staff will be displayed in the Other staff section on the Dinners screen


Need to enter multiple meals per staff?

If staff are taking the same meal each day, the week’s meals can be entered simultaneously:

Either click and drag the cells to select multiple dates or, to select non-consecutive dates, hold the Ctrl key and click in the next box to be filled with the meal code.
Continue to hold the Ctrl key and click in other boxes to be filled with the meal code. Release the Ctrl key. Type the meal code. 
If asked Are you sure you want to enter meal codes for dates other than today?, click Yes
