For letters, it is possible to save multiple versions of the letter with different names.
For emails and texts you can either amend the existing templates or create new templates.

Save Different Versions of the Existing Letter Templates
- Click on the Configuration tab
- Click on Template manager
- Select the category on the left hand side
- Select the template
- Click on Edit letter template
- Make the required changes to the template
- Click File, Save As ...
- For templates relating to Pupils, keep the same filename and append something to the end
e.g. debttriptemplate change to debttriptemplatedaytrip - For templates relating to Staff, all templates should be saved with the word Staff at the end.
Either save over the master document or add to the filename to create your own version, e.g. onlineAccountAccessLetterVersion2Staff - For templates relating to Hirers, all templates should be saved with the word Hirer at the end, e.g. onlineAccountAccessLetterHirer.
