Staff meals are usually entered on a daily basis, but can be entered in any of these 4 ways:

To add staff to SCO for Dinners, refer to the section on Adding a staff member
Teaching staff assigned to Classes will appear on the Dinners front screen where you can record their meals
Non-teaching staff will be displayed in the Other staff section on the Dinners screen

If staff are taking the same meal each day, the week’s meals can be entered simultaneously: Either click and drag the cells to select multiple dates or, to select non-consecutive dates, hold the Ctrl key and click in the next box to be filled with the meal code. |
