For letters, it is possible to save multiple versions of the letter with different names. For emails and texts you can either amend the existing templates or create new templates. |

- For templates relating to Pupils, keep the same filename and append something to the end
e.g. debttriptemplate change to debttriptemplatedaytrip - For templates relating to Staff, all templates should be saved with the word Staff at the end.
Either save over the master document or add to the filename to create your own version, e.g. onlineAccountAccessLetterVersion2Staff - For templates relating to Hirers, all templates should be saved with the word Hirer at the end, e.g. onlineAccountAccessLetterHirer.
